We are Adani Estate Management Private Limited and you can find us over at Shantigram, which is right near the Vaishnodevi Circle. Most days start pretty early here. We handle the usual stuff that comes with managing an estate. It's a big area so there is always something to look at or a gate that needs checking. The circle is always busy with traffic but once you get inside Shantigram it gets a bit quieter. Some of us have been working here for a while now and we know the shortcuts around the place. We don't really do the fancy office talk because there is too much work to get through. Usually, you'll see someone from our team walking around checking on the grounds or talking to the security folks. It’s a lot of coordination. If you are looking for the office just head towards the circle and follow the signs. Sometimes the weather gets really hot in the afternoons so we try to get the outdoor stuff done in the morning. We just keep things running the way we know how without making a big fuss about it. It’s mostly about making sure the lights work and the water is running and the roads inside stay clear. Not a glamorous job but it needs doing every single day. We are just a group of people trying to keep the place organized and functional for everyone who lives or works around here.
