We've been operating out of Titanium City Centre on Anandnagar Road for a while now. Most people know the spot because it's right near Sachin Tower. We handle project management stuff. It's mostly about keeping things on track and making sure the construction or whatever work is being done doesn't fall behind. We see a lot of traffic on the 100Ft road every day from our window. Our office is a busy place, usually filled with drawings, old coffee cups, and schedules taped to the walls. We don't do anything fancy, just get the work done. If you've walked around the Satellite area, you've probably passed by our building. It's a solid location to work from. We spend most of our time talking to contractors and checking on sites across Ahmedabad. Managing a project is mostly about dealing with problems before they get too big. Sometimes it's stressful and the phone never stops ringing, but it's what we do. We've got a small team here. We know the local regulations and how things move in this city. It’s not always easy, but we’ve figured out a rhythm over the years. We aren't big on flashy presentations or corporate talk. We’d rather just show you the progress on the ground. People come to us when they have a big build and need someone to watch the details. We just keep our heads down and work. It's a straightforward business for us. We like being in this part of town. There are good places to grab tea nearby, which really helps during those long, hot afternoons. That's pretty much us.
