We’ve been here at the District Shopping Centre in Gandhi Nagar for a while now. Most people find us because we’re right near the Axis Bank. It’s a busy spot, especially in the evenings when everyone is out doing their errands. Inside the clinic, it’s usually pretty quiet until the kids show up for their checkups. We spend most of the day looking at teeth, cleaning off tartar, and talking to people about why they really should floss more often. It’s a small place, just a couple of chairs and the tools we need to get through the day. Sometimes the waiting room gets full, but we try to keep things moving. People from around the neighborhood stop by, sometimes just to ask a quick question about a toothache or to schedule something for later in the week. We see a lot of familiar faces from Gandhi Nagar. It’s mostly just routine stuff—fillings, checkups, and the occasional tooth that needs to come out. We keep the instruments sterilized and the floors clean, but it’s not a fancy place. We’re just here doing our jobs and helping folks keep their smiles okay. Sometimes the light through the window is nice in the afternoon. We don’t have any big corporate backers or anything like that. It is just us here, working through the schedule and making sure everyone gets a turn in the chair.
