Sea Trans Logistics

Sea Trans Logistics is located on the second floor of Swapnalok Apartment. We’re right in Ellisbridge, which is a pretty well-known part of the city. Being on the second floor means we get a bit of a view of the street, but mostly we’re just looking at our desks. It’s an older building, so it has that lived-in feel, not like those new glass towers they’re building everywhere else. We handle a lot of logistics for sea freight, which is funny because we’re nowhere near the ocean here. Most of our work is done on the phone or through email, coordinating with ports and ships. The office is usually a bit cluttered with papers and maps. We don’t really have a receptionist or a waiting room; if someone comes by, they just walk in and talk to whoever is free. Ellisbridge can get really congested, so we hear a lot of honking throughout the day. It’s a small operation and we like it that way because it’s easier to manage. We don't spend money on fancy marketing or big signs. People who need us usually know where to find us. It’s just a group of us working through the logistics and making sure the cargo is moving where it’s supposed to be going. Most days go by pretty fast once we get into the rhythm of things. Nothing too complicated about it.
