We are based out of Aa/25 Sulekh Bungalows, which is right near the Dharma Nagar Township. It is located on Alaknanda Road in the Bholav area of Bharuch. It is actually a bungalow that we use for our office and operations, so it has a very different feel than a factory or a shop. We have some glass samples sitting around the rooms and a lot of paperwork piled on the dining table which we turned into a main desk. Bharuch is a busy industrial town, but being inside a residential township makes it a bit more peaceful for us. We get a lot of dust coming in from the road, so we are always cleaning the glass pieces to keep them looking clear. My father started this business and now a couple of us keep it going every day. We do not have a big staff, just a few people who know how to handle the glass without breaking anything. Sometimes customers come by to see the different types of glass in person. We offer them a glass of water and sit in the front room to talk about what they need. The house has a small garden in the front that we try to keep neat, though the weeds grow fast. It is a practical way to run things without the cost of a big building. We know the security guards at the gate pretty well.
