We have been at 11/B Matilal Park for a good while now. Most people around here know the spot because we are right opposite Mira Cinema on Baliakaka Road. It is a pretty busy part of Shahlam in Ahmedabad. The office itself is not anything fancy to look at. It is just a few desks and some shelves filled with different electrical components and boxes. My cousin and I usually run the daily operations. Since Ahmedabad gets so hot during the summer, the ceiling fans are always spinning on high. People often stop by looking for specific parts or asking about some wiring for a local project. We try to help them out as much as we can. Sometimes the traffic noise from the main road gets a bit loud, but you get used to it after a few weeks. We keep a steady stock of cables and switches in the back room. It is mostly just regular work, nothing too special. If a customer needs a bill, we print it on a noisy old printer that we probably should have replaced years ago. We drink a lot of tea while we go through the paperwork. This neighborhood has changed quite a bit over the years, but the cinema across the street is still there. We open up early in the morning and stay until the sun goes down. Most visitors are just local contractors we have known for a long time. It is a decent place to do business.
