We operate out of the Parishram Apartments on Satellite Road, which is right across from the Satellite Police Station. It's a busy part of Ahmedabad, and there's always something going on outside our windows. Inside, things are a bit more focused. We have a team that handles all the lift maintenance for this side of the city. The office isn't decorated much; it's mostly practical stuff like tools, binders, and a few old chairs. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. We just rely on the fact that we've been here for a while and people know where to find us. Usually, the phone starts ringing pretty early with requests or questions about different sites. We try to handle everything as it comes. Sometimes things get a bit chaotic when multiple jobs happen at once, but we manage to sort it out. We aren't interested in sounding corporate or using big words. We just talk like regular people because that’s who we are. The guys often share stories about the different buildings they visited during the day while they're finishing up their reports in the evening. It’s honest work, and we just try to keep the lifts in the city running without too much fuss. Every day is pretty much the same, and we’re fine with that. It works for us.
