Schaefco International

We are based in Ahmedabad, specifically at 542/2/1/5, Jayanti Nandan Society. It’s near the Bhimji Pura Char Rasta in the Navavadaj area. Schaefco International is a small operation that deals with international business. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us who have been doing this for years. The office is in a residential society, so it’s a bit different from your typical business park. It’s a comfortable enough space, though it gets a bit crowded when we have a lot of samples lying around. We spend a lot of our time looking at charts and talking to suppliers on the phone. Ahmedabad is a great city for trade, and being near the Char Rasta makes it easy for us to get around. We don't have any fancy mission statements or slogans. We just focus on the work that needs to be done each day. Sometimes things get a bit chaotic with all the different orders, but we manage to keep things straight. We like the local vibe of Navavadaj and often grab lunch from the stalls nearby. We aren't some massive corporation with a polished image. We are just a group of people trying to run a decent international trade business. It’s a lot of small details and long hours, but we find it rewarding enough. We just take things one day at a time and try to keep our clients updated on their shipments.
