Scg Contracts India Pvt. Ltd. is based at G 60 in the Dwarka sector of New Delhi. Dwarka is a big area, and our little corner of it stays pretty active throughout the day. We’ve been operating out of this location for a few years now. The office is just a basic room with what we need to get our work done—desks, a couple of chairs for visitors, and plenty of coffee mugs scattered around. We don't spend much money on fancy decorations because that's not really our style. We’d rather just focus on the contracts and making sure everything is moving forward. The team here is small, and we’ve all known each other for a long time, so there isn't much formality. We talk across the room instead of sending emails to people sitting three feet away. New Delhi can be a chaotic place to live and work, but we’ve found our rhythm here in Dwarka. Sometimes the traffic outside G 60 makes it hard to hear ourselves think, but we just turn up the fan and keep going. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in India; we just want to do our work properly and go home to our families at the end of the day. It’s a grounded way to live. We’ve stuck with this spot because it serves us well and it’s where we feel most productive. We’ll likely be here for many more years to come.
