Saumya Constn. Pvt. Ltd.

We are based out of Kundan Appartment over in the Vasana area of Ahmedabad. It's right near the Sugam Flats, so most people know where that is if they live around here. Saumya Constn. Pvt. Ltd. has been doing construction work for quite some time now, mostly small stuff and local projects. Our office isn't anything fancy, just a regular space in Part-1 of the building where we keep our plans and tools. Usually, there's a bit of dust around from whatever we're working on that week. We spend most of our time out at the actual building sites rather than sitting behind desks. Ahmedabad is growing so fast, it feels like there is always a new project starting somewhere near Vasana or the surrounding neighborhoods. We know the local suppliers and the guys who deliver the cement. It can get pretty hot in the afternoons, so we usually start early in the morning to get the heavy lifting done before the sun gets too high. If you come by the office and nobody is there, we’re probably just out checking on a job site. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It's just us doing the building work and trying to make sure the walls are straight and the roofs don't leak. We’ve lived in this city our whole lives and we just keep plugging away at it one brick at a time. It’s just how we do things here and we like it.
