We are located in the Satellite area, specifically at 27 Ronak Co Op Housing Society. It’s easy to find because we’re right across from the Ramdev Nagar bus stop. Being in a housing society makes the office feel a bit more relaxed than being in a skyscraper. We do development work, which basically means we spend our time figuring out how to use land better. It's a lot of meetings with architects and checking on construction crews. Ahmedabad is growing so fast, and the Satellite area has changed a lot since we first started. We’ve seen a lot of buildings go up around us. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. Most of the people we work with are locals who know where we are. Our office is usually full of coffee cups and rolls of drawings. We try to keep a steady pace, but sometimes things get hectic when a deadline is coming up. We aren't trying to be the biggest developer out there. We just want to do a decent job on the projects we take on. It’s nice being near the bus stop because people can find us easily. We’re just regular people trying to make a living in the property business. It is a bit of a grind sometimes, but seeing a building actually get finished makes it worth the trouble. We stay pretty grounded and just focus on what is happening today.
