Zodiac Developer

Our place is right opposite Sundervan Epitome on Prernatirth Derasar Road. It is a nice part of the city to be in. The road is usually full of people going to the temple or visiting the shops nearby. We have a modest office where we handle all the developer work. There are plenty of files stacked up on the shelves and the walls have a few photos of our past projects. We aren't into the polished corporate look. We prefer having a place where a contractor can walk in with muddy shoes and feel okay. Most of our day is spent on the phone or looking at land papers. We drink a lot of chai and discuss the details of whatever project is currently taking up our time. It is a small operation and we like it that way because we can keep an eye on everything ourselves. We don't have a big receptionist or a waiting lounge. Just a few chairs and a table where we can spread out the maps. The afternoon sun hits the windows directly, so we usually have the blinds halfway down. It is a quiet, steady place to work. We have been part of this community for years and we know the local rhythm. People often drop by just to chat about the local real estate.
