Unique Realty.

We go by the name Unique Realty. Our office is at number 10 in Unique Park, right on Satellite Road. It’s a busy part of the city, so there’s always something to see out the window. We’ve been in the real estate game for a good while now. It’s not always easy, especially when the market goes up and down, but we’ve stuck with it. We aren't the kind of place with a lobby and a receptionist. Usually, you just walk in and one of us will be sitting at a desk covered in papers. We help people find places or deal with property stuff. It involves a lot of walking around and looking at buildings that aren't finished yet. You get used to the dust and the heat after a while. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do a decent job so people don't have reasons to complain. Most of our day is spent on the phone or driving around to different sites. It’s a lot of legwork. We like this neighborhood and we know the streets pretty well. If you’re looking for something specific, we probably know where it is. We’re just regular people trying to make a living in a tough business. No frills, just work. That is how we have always done things around here and it seems to work for us and the people we help.
