Avaska Arise Projects

Our office is located at Kallisto 14, right behind Ratnanjali Square on Prernatirth Road. It's a busy part of town, which keeps us on our toes throughout the week. Avaska Arise Projects started because we wanted to do something useful with the space we have in this city. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to put up buildings that stay standing for a long time. Most of our days are spent coordinating between different crews and making sure the trucks can get through the narrow side streets. You’ll often find us drinking tea and staring at blueprints, trying to figure out why a certain corner isn’t coming together quite right. It's not all glamorous work. There’s a lot of grit and noise involved in what we do every single day. The Prernatirth Road area has changed a lot since we moved in, and we’ve been a small part of that growth. We don't have a receptionist in a suit or a shiny glass boardroom. It’s mostly just desks piled with files and the sound of traffic outside. When someone walks in, they usually get a chair and a glass of water while we talk about their plans. We focus on the practical side of building. If a wall needs fixing or a foundation needs pouring, we get it done. Sometimes we run behind schedule because that’s just how life goes, but we always show up. It’s hard work, but we’re used to it by now. We just take it one brick at a time.
