Multiko International

Our office for Multiko International is tucked away in the Shiromani Complex, right across from Ocean Park at D-313. It’s a busy part of the city, and there’s always people coming and going throughout the day. We handle a lot of international trade stuff, which basically means a lot of phone calls, emails, and tracking shipments that are halfway across the world. It’s not a factory floor like some other places, but it gets just as hectic in its own way. The desks are usually piled high with folders and shipping documents. We spend a lot of our time making sure all the numbers match up and that the containers are where they’re supposed to be. It’s a lot of coordination and sometimes it feels like we’re just solving one puzzle after another all day long. We have a small group working here, and we’ve all gotten pretty good at dealing with the unexpected delays that happen in shipping. We don’t really bother with big speeches or trying to look more important than we are. We’re just a bunch of people trying to make sure goods move from point A to point B without too much trouble. It’s steady work and it keeps us on our toes. We’ve been in this spot for a bit now, and we like being near the park even if we don't always get time to go over there and enjoy it.
