We run our industrial chain business out of Manu Panchal Society in the Nava Vadaj area of Ahmedabad. Our place is number 17, right across from Janak Medical in Bhimjipura. It’s a fairly easy spot to find if you're in that part of town. We handle industrial chains, which isn't the most glamorous work, but it's what we know. The office is usually a bit noisy with phones ringing and people moving crates around. We’ve got a small team here, and everyone pretty much does a bit of everything. Whether it’s checking the inventory or talking to a supplier on the phone, we stay busy. Nava Vadaj is a real working-class neighborhood, and being tucked into the society gives it a bit of a local feel. We aren't interested in being a big flashy corporation. We just want to make sure the orders go out on time and the records are kept straight. Sometimes the narrow streets make deliveries a bit of a headache, especially when the medical shop across the way is busy, but we manage. It’s a lot of practical, hands-on work. Most of our customers have been buying from us for years because they know where to find us and they know we’ll just give them a straight answer. It’s just how we operate day in and day out here in Ahmedabad without any extra fuss or polish.
