Our hospital is located on the third floor of the Jyoti Complex, right at Shyamal Cross Road on the 132 Feet Ring Road. It’s in the Satellite area, which is always moving. Being on the third floor means we’re a bit away from the street noise, though you can still hear the heavy traffic on the ring road during rush hour. We are right beside Parekh Hospital, so this building is quite busy with medical stuff. We have suites 301 to 304. It’s a specialized place for women, but we keep the atmosphere very down-to-earth. We don't have those glossy brochures with stock photos of smiling people. Instead, we have a waiting room with some magazines and a water cooler that gets a lot of use. The rooms are simple and clean. Our team consists of people who have been in this field for a long time. We don't use a lot of medical jargon when we talk to folks; we just explain things plainly. It’s an emotional place to work, given what we do, so we try to keep things quiet and respectful. There’s a lot of paperwork because of the nature of the work, but we try to stay on top of it. It’s just a regular space where we show up every morning and do our best for the women who visit us.
