Yamuna Corporation

Yamuna Corporation is based out of Godown Number 1 in Nilkanth Estate. We are situated near Ujala Circle, right by the S.G. Highway in the Sarkhej area. It’s a very industrial part of the city. There are trucks everywhere and the air is often thick with dust from the highway traffic. Our space is basically a large warehouse. It has high ceilings and a concrete floor that’s seen better days. We don’t have a fancy front office. Most of the room is taken up by crates and equipment. We have a small corner with a desk and a couple of chairs where we handle the paperwork. It gets quite warm in the summer, so the big ceiling fans are always running at full speed. Being near Ujala Circle makes it easy for transport, which is why we are here. The estate is full of other businesses like ours, so there’s always a lot of loading and unloading going on. It’s noisy and a bit chaotic at times. We wear comfortable clothes because it’s not a place for suits. We focus on getting the inventory moved in and out. There’s no lobby or reception desk to greet people. If someone comes by, they usually just find us near the loading dock. It’s hard work and the days can be long, but it’s just how we operate. We like the grit of this area and how busy it stays.
