Sampad Developers

Our current base is at Final Plot No.15/2 in Tps 89. It is an area that has seen a lot of growth lately. We moved here because it puts us right in the middle of where the work is happening. At Sampad Developers, we don't really go in for the big corporate image. We are more comfortable in our boots out on a dusty site than in a boardroom. The office is really just a place to keep the rain off the blueprints and have a quiet place to talk. We have a few chairs and a lot of maps pinned to the walls. Sometimes the electricity acts up or the internet goes slow, but we just deal with it. It’s just part of being a local business. We handle a lot of the day-to-day coordination for construction and land development. It involves a lot of waiting for approvals and talking to various departments. We try to be patient but it can be a challenge. We’ve got a good crew of guys who have been with us through thick and thin. We don't have any fancy slogans. We just try to finish what we start and make sure it’s done right. If you come by the plot, you’ll probably find us arguing over a measurement or checking on a delivery. It’s not fancy, but it’s real work.
