Parvez Hussain

Parvez Hussain is our little spot located right near Sonal Cinema on Vejalpur Road in Sarkhej. Everyone uses the cinema as a landmark because it’s the easiest way to find us. Sarkhej is a busy area and the roads are always full of rickshaws and motorbikes. We've been operating out of this location for quite some time. It’s a humble place, nothing like the big corporate buildings you see in the newer parts of the city. We do our work here day in and day out. Sometimes the noise from the cinema crowds gets a bit loud, especially when a big movie is playing. We don't mind it much though. It makes the area feel alive. Our workspace is pretty basic. We have a few benches and our tools. My cousin helps me out when things get busy. We mostly deal with local folks who stop by because they live nearby. The dust from the road can be a problem so we are always cleaning the front area. We don't have a big sign or anything. People just know where Parvez is. We take things one day at a time. If the weather is nice, we sit outside for a bit during lunch. It’s a decent life here in Sarkhej. We just try to do honest work and stay out of trouble. It’s not a complicated story, just a local business.
