Our office for New Yushra Developers. is at Survey No 597/50/1, which is part of TP 85. We are located near the Emaad Tower and right opposite the Amber Tower. It’s a specific spot in a part of town that has been seeing a lot of new buildings lately. We have been here since before some of these other towers were even finished. Our workspace is pretty simple. We have a few rooms where we keep our files and meet with people who are interested in what we are building. It’s not a corporate headquarters with a lobby or anything like that. It’s more of a place where we sit and figure things out. We spend a lot of time looking at site plans and talking to the workers on the phone. The area around Amber Tower is always active, so there is plenty of noise and people moving about. We like being in the middle of it all. Sometimes the power goes out for a bit or the internet is slow, but we just deal with it and keep going. Most of our clients are local people who know the area well. We don't do much in the way of advertising; we just let our work speak for itself. It’s a busy, somewhat messy office but we know where everything is. We just focus on the daily grind and making sure our projects stay on track.
