Our workshop is at number 43 in the Shahjanand Estate. It’s tucked away behind Lalji Mulji Transport and right across from Bhavani Motor. If you’re coming off the Sarkhej Bavla Highway, it can be a little tricky to find us the first time because of how the estate is laid out. But once you’re here, you’ll see we stay pretty busy with all sorts of vehicle work. The estate is always full of the sound of engines and tools. We have a lot of parts lying around, and the floor usually has a bit of oil on it, which is expected in this line of work. We’ve been in Sarkhej for a long time now. Most of our day is spent under hoods or looking at engines. It’s dirty work, but we enjoy it. We don't have a fancy waiting room or anything. Most people just stand around the shop or come back later when the job is done. The highway nearby means there’s always a lot of dust, but it also means we get a lot of people passing through who need help with their cars or trucks. We try to be honest about what needs fixing and what can wait. It’s just us and our tools most of the time. The space is a bit cramped when we have three or four vehicles inside, but we make it work. Some days are long, especially when a repair gets complicated, but we stick with it until the engine sounds right again.
