Dushyant Pandya

I am Dushyant Pandya and I run my operations out of Mangal Murti Appartment. The official address is Rs No.366/1 Final Plot No.90 Tp Scheme No.67. It is right opposite Omkar Dham and just behind the Taj Hotel. It’s a bit of a mouthful when I have to tell people where to find me for the first time. Being behind the Taj Hotel is actually pretty helpful because everyone knows where that is. My office is in a regular apartment building, so it feels more like a home than a corporate space. I’ve got my desk set up and enough room for a few people to sit down and talk. I do a lot of the planning and the legal side of development from here. It gets a bit noisy during the day with the traffic from the main road, but once you get inside the apartment, it’s not too bad. I spend a lot of my time driving between different sites and then coming back here to update the files and check the emails. Sometimes I wonder why I chose this line of work because it’s so much stress and there are always new regulations to learn, but then a project finishes and it feels worth it. I don’t have a big staff, so I handle a lot of the details myself. It means I know exactly what is going on with every single brick and beam. It’s just an honest way to make a living in this city.
