Plastic Bobbins

Our workshop is at B-192 in the Pusparaj Industrial Estate. It’s part of the old Nutan Mill Compound. It’s an old building, so it has a bit of character, and maybe some leaks when it rains heavily. We spend our days making plastic bobbins. It’s a niche thing, but there’s always a demand for them. The machines make a rhythmic clicking sound that you get used to after a while. We have a few people working the shifts to keep things moving. The floor is usually covered in little bits of plastic offcuts. We try to sweep up, but it’s a losing battle most days. It’s a bit cramped inside with all the molds and the raw material bags. We’ve been in this compound for years and know all the other shop owners. We usually grab lunch from the small stall around the corner. We don't have a website that's updated or any fancy brochures. People who need bobbins know where we are. We just focus on making sure the plastic is right and the sizes are correct for the clients. If a machine breaks down, we usually fix it ourselves. It’s just honest work in a busy industrial park. We don't try to pretend to be a big company. We are just a small team making bobbins every day.
