Our spot is at D-16, right on the ground floor of the Shree Ghantakarna Mahavir Market. Being in Sarangpur means it is always busy from the moment we unlock the shutters in the morning. The market has its own energy, with people hauling goods back and forth constantly. Inside our unit, it’s mostly just stacks of crates and paperwork spread out on the counter. We don't have much room for anything extra, so every inch of the floor is used for something. Sometimes it feels a bit cramped when a big delivery comes in, but we manage to sort it out by the afternoon. The overhead lights hum a little, and you can hear the voices of the vendors next door all day long. It isn't the quietest place to work, but it keeps us on our toes. We’ve been here long enough that the dust from the street doesn’t bother us as much as it used to. Keeping a small kettle in the back for tea helps when things slow down for a few minutes. Most of the day is just spent talking to transporters and checking off invoices. It’s straightforward work. We don’t do anything flashy here, just the daily routine of running the agency and making sure the orders are moving out the door like they are supposed to. Staying organized in such a busy environment is the main challenge, but we have a good system going.
