We are located over at E/1 in the Samay Apartments, right behind the NID in Paldi. It’s a pretty well-known area in Ahmedabad, and we’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years. We deal with gensets, so things can get a little loud when we’re testing equipment out back. Our office isn’t anything too special, just a place where we keep our files and meet folks who need backup power for their homes or shops. Most of the guys here have been working with engines for years, so their hands are usually a bit stained with grease and oil. We don’t go in for big speeches or polished presentations. We just show you what the generator does and how to keep it running properly. The traffic on the road near NID can be a bit of a headache during rush hour, but we’re used to it by now. We spend a lot of time out on the road too, visiting different sites and making sure the units are sitting right. It’s a steady kind of life. We drink a lot of tea while we wait for deliveries to show up at the gate. Sometimes the paperwork piles up on the old wooden desk, but we prioritize the mechanical stuff first.
