Sanghi Industries Limited

I am based in a village called Padmai, which falls under the Naraini tehsil in Banda district, Uttar Pradesh. My name is Shitanshu Pandey and I look after the local side of things for Sanghi Industries here. It is a very rural area, far from the big industrial zones you see in other states. Most of the work involves talking to local people and contractors who are building houses or small structures in the nearby villages. It is not an office in a skyscraper, just a simple setup in my home village. I spend a lot of time traveling between Padmai and Naraini to meet folks. People around here know me, so they just stop by when they have questions. The roads are not always the best, especially when it rains, but we manage to get around. It is a different pace of life than the city. I handle the queries and help people understand what they need for their construction. There aren't many big companies represented out here, so it's a bit of a responsibility. I keep a record of everything in my registers. It is a lot of talking and walking. Sometimes I have to go into Banda city for work too. It is just me here handling the day-to-day things for the company in this corner of UP. Usually, we talk about the bags needed for a small house or a wall. I keep a few notes on the local shop requirements too.
