Shree Siddhi Vinayak Developers is located in Gokuldham on Gulmohar Club Road, which is very close to Eklavya school. It is a nice, established part of the neighborhood and we enjoy the daily rhythm of the place. You can hear the school bell and see the parents dropping off their kids while we are heading out to our various project sites. We are developers, but we think of ourselves more as builders who are rooted in this local area. We don't have a polished corporate office with marble floors. Instead, we have a workspace filled with site photos and half-empty cups of tea. Our focus is on creating spaces where people can actually live and work comfortably. We spend a lot of time talking to the workers on site and making sure they have what they need to do their jobs. It is a lot of coordination and sometimes it can be quite stressful, but we wouldn't trade it for an office job. We try to keep things simple and honest with our clients. We don't make big promises we can't keep. We just tell people what we can do and then we go out and do it. Being near the club and the school makes us feel like we are building for our neighbors. It is a good feeling to see a project finished and know that it fits right into the community we are a part of.
