Sanand Square Project

We are out on Viramgam Road, working on the Sanand Square Project. If you know this road, you know it’s mostly about industry and transport. Our setup here is very practical because we have to be close to where the actual construction is happening. It’s a bit of a drive for some, but for us, it’s just where the work is every day. The office is basically a hub for the engineers, the foremen, and the office staff to get on the same page. It’s often a bit messy with rolls of drawings and samples of tiles or bricks laying around on the floor. We don’t put much effort into making the place look like a showroom. We’d rather spend that time making sure the project itself is moving forward properly. Most of our days are spent on the phone or out on the dirt, checking measurements and talking to the crew. The air is often thick with the smell of diesel and dust from the road, but that’s just part of the job out here. We eat our lunch together usually, just simple food brought from home in tiffins. We aren't trying to be the biggest company, just the one that does things right on this specific stretch of road. It’s a lot of hard work and long hours, but seeing the square take shape bit by bit makes it worth the effort. We keep things simple and just focus on the next brick or column.
