Platinum Developers.

We are Platinum Developers, and our work is mostly centered in the Mouje Sanand area. If you look at the official records, we are at Csrv No 3860 and Srv No 404/1. It’s a lot of technical numbers, but basically, we’re out in Sanand working on the land there. Sanand is growing fast, and there is always something needing to be done. We spend a lot of time walking through fields and checking boundary markers. It’s not always easy work, especially when the sun is beating down and there isn't much shade. Our office handles all the paperwork that comes with these survey numbers and plot developments. There are a lot of rules to follow and documents to file with the local offices. Sometimes it feels like we spend more time at the government desks than at our own. We aren't polished corporate types. We usually have dirt on our shoes and a stack of maps in the back of the truck. We take the work as it comes and try to stay on top of the schedule. Sanand has its own pace, and we’ve learned to work with it over the years. Some days are just about moving dirt, and other days are about sitting in meetings trying to figure out where the pipes should go. We just keep our heads down and focus on the task in front of us until it's finished. It’s what we know how to do.
