Our office is over on College Road in Ahmedabad. We are set up in the Brahman Mitra Mandal Society at number 8. It’s a pretty quiet neighborhood for the most part, which makes it a good place to handle real estate work. We spend a lot of time looking at plots and talking to people about where they want to live or invest their money. Real estate in Gujarat moves fast, so we have to stay on our toes. We aren't doing anything groundbreaking, just helping people navigate the local property market. It involves a lot of paperwork and trips to different parts of the city. Sometimes the traffic in Ahmedabad makes it hard to get everything done in one day, but we manage. We aren't some big corporate firm with hundreds of employees. We’re just a few people working out of this society. Our desks are usually piled high with maps and documents. We try to be straightforward with anyone who walks in. There’s no point in making things sound more complicated than they are. Most of our clients come from word of mouth or people just seeing us in the neighborhood. We keep our hours fairly regular, though sometimes we stay late to finish up a deal. It’s just how the business goes here on College Road. We aren't flashy, we just do the job and help people find what they need in the city.
