S.A.L.Steel Limited , Gandhidham

We are located at number 21 in Khodiyar Nagar Society. It’s right near the Hajari Mandir in Sanand. Being in the Ahmedabad district keeps us busy. The steel business is always moving, but our office here is quite grounded. It’s a regular house turned into a workspace, really. We like it that way because it doesn’t feel like a cold corporate building. You can hear the sounds from the temple nearby, which is actually quite nice during the day. We handle a lot of the Gandhidham work from this spot. It involves a lot of phone calls and keeping track of trucks. We aren't a big team with a human resources department or anything like that. It’s just us. We drink a lot of tea and try to stay organized. Sometimes the office gets a bit messy with all the paperwork, but we know where everything is. The neighborhood is friendly. People know we’re the steel folks. We don’t put on any acts. We just show up, do the work, and head home. It’s been our routine for years now. Sanand has changed a lot with all the new factories, but our little corner remains pretty much the same. It’s reliable and it’s where we get things done. The door sticks a bit in the summer heat, so you have to give it a good push. We’ve been meaning to fix it, but there's always something more important to do with the steel orders. We don't try to hide the fact that we're a working office.
