Sajan Overseas Pvt. Ltd. is situated at Plot No. 3408 - A - B in Phase 4 of the G. I. D. C. estate in Vatva. This is a real industrial zone, so there is always a bit of soot and noise in the air. Our plot is quite large because we need the space for all the overseas shipping preparations we do. It’s not a quiet place to work. You can hear machines and trucks from the neighboring plots all day long. Inside, the office is pretty basic with sturdy desks and plenty of industrial lighting. We focus on the practical side of things like packing lists and export documentation. The heat in Vatva can be pretty intense during the summer months, so we have a few fans going all the time to keep the air moving. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy decor or expensive carpets. We just have what we need to get the job done. The floors are concrete and the walls are painted a simple white that’s gone a bit grey over time. We’ve been in Phase 4 for a good while now, and we’ve seen the area change as more businesses move in. Our team just focuses on the daily grind of moving goods across borders. It’s a lot of coordination and making sure the timing is right for the transport pick-ups.
