Sainath Controls

Sainath Controls is based at D/3 in the Punit Estate. We are right across from Vallabh Nagar and near the Bhikshuk Gruh in Odhav. It is a part of town that never really stops moving. Our shop is just one of many in this estate. It can be a bit of a maze if you aren't used to the layout. We spend our days mostly on the floor, working on whatever projects are lined up for the week. The sounds of the neighborhood are constant. You hear people shouting, trucks reversing, and the general hum of machines from the other units. We don't have any big signs or fancy lighting to show off. Just the address painted on the door. Inside, it’s mostly just tools and raw materials. We keep a small corner for tea and lunch breaks, but otherwise, the whole place is workspace. Odhav can get pretty dusty, so we are always trying to wipe down the equipment. The sun hits the front of the unit in the afternoon and makes it quite warm, but we just keep the fans going and get on with it. We have seen a lot of other businesses come and go in Punit Estate, but we have stayed put at D/3. It is a practical spot for us to be. There is usually someone around if we need help moving something heavy. It isn't a glamorous way to work, but it is what we do.
