We spend most of our time here at Plot No 343 in Gandhinagar. It is a quiet spot in Sector 1 C, mostly residential around us. The office is in "Yogeshwar" and it gets pretty busy with all the technical drawings and site reports piled up on the desks. We’ve been doing engineering work here for a while now. Some days are just long hours looking at blueprints or checking data on the computers. It's not fancy at all. The chairs are a bit old and the tea guy comes around twice a day which is usually the highlight of the afternoon. We mostly deal with local stuff around Gujarat, trying to figure out how to make things work on paper before anyone starts digging. Gandhinagar is okay, the roads are wide, so getting to the office isn't too much of a headache compared to Ahmedabad. We have a small team, maybe a handful of us who actually know where everything is kept in the filing cabinets. Sometimes the power goes out or the internet acts up, but we just keep at it. People stop by to drop off documents or ask about plans. It’s just regular work, nothing too exciting to talk about. We try to keep things organized but with so many projects, the tables usually end up covered in maps and pens. We like being in this part of town because it’s calm enough to actually think about the engineering problems we are trying to solve.
