Sanskrut Buildcon Limited Liability Partnership

Our office is situated right opposite the Rathi Apartment BRTS bus stop. It is a very easy place to find because the bus stops right there every few minutes. We are Sanskrut Buildcon Limited Liability Partnership, though that’s a bit of a mouthful so we usually just say Sanskrut. Being near the bus stop means there is always a lot of activity outside. We see people rushing for their buses all day long. Inside our office, it is a bit more quiet, but not always. We have a lot of work to do with building and planning, so there are usually phones ringing or people coming in to drop off documents. We don’t have any fancy decorations or a big reception desk. It’s just a practical space where we can sit down and focus on the projects we have going on. We spend a lot of time talking to contractors and checking on materials. It can be a bit stressful when things aren't going according to plan, but we just deal with it. We’ve been in this location for a good while and we like being part of the local scene. The tea stall nearby is where we get our morning drinks, and it’s a good way to start the day. We don’t pretend to be some giant corporation. We’re just a small group of people working hard to make sure our builds are solid and done on time.
