Karnavati Land Developers

Karnavati Land Developers is located right in Karnavati Nagar, just opposite the Municipal Swimming Pool. It’s a place where you can hear the kids splashing in the pool during the summer while we’re inside working on maps and plot layouts. We deal mostly with land and getting it ready for whatever comes next. It’s a lot of work involving surveying and making sure the boundaries are exactly where they should be. We’ve been in this spot for a while, and the neighborhood has changed around us, but we stay focused on the same core tasks. We aren’t interested in fancy talk. We just want to make sure the land is developed properly so that when buildings go up, they have a solid start. Sometimes we’re out in the dirt all day, and other times we’re stuck at the desk dealing with the local authorities and getting all the necessary stamps on our papers. It can be a slow process, but we’ve learned to be patient. We know the local area like the back of our hand. People often come by to ask about plots or just to see what the plans are for a certain patch of ground. We give them the facts as we know them. It’s a small operation, but we take pride in the fact that we know exactly what’s happening with every inch of the land we manage.
