We’ve been here in Moje Acher for a while now. Jinmangal Real Estate And Co. is basically just us working out of the Ramnagar area. It’s not a big fancy office or anything like that. We mostly deal with people looking for plots or houses around here. It started because we knew the neighborhood well. People kept asking about who was selling what, so we figured we’d make a business out of it. It’s mostly just paperwork and showing people around when they have time. Sometimes it gets busy, other times we’re just sitting around waiting for the phone to ring. We don't do big ads. Most of the folks who come to us are neighbors or friends of friends. Ramnagar is changing quite a bit lately, more buildings going up every year. We try to keep track of it all so we can actually help when someone asks. It’s hard work sometimes, dealing with all the land records and stuff like that. But we like it here. It’s home for us too. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in town, just enough to keep things moving. We usually stay open late if someone needs to drop by after work. If you’re walking around Moje Acher, you’ll probably see our sign. It’s nothing special, but it’s there. We drink a lot of tea and talk to anyone who stops in. Buying property is a headache for most people, so we just try to make the steps clear. We've seen kids grow up and buy their own places nearby. We handle the basic stuff mostly. It’s not glamorous, but it’s what we do here.
