We operate Jdr Realty out of Amrut Bindu Residency over in Ambica Nagar. It’s a local operation, and we like it that way. We don’t have a big fancy office with a lobby or a coffee machine for guests. Most of the time, we’re just sitting around a wooden table talking about property. Ambica Nagar is a busy place, and there’s always something happening with the local real estate market. We try to keep up with it all without getting too stressed out. We aren't salespeople who are going to give you a big pitch or try to pressure you into anything. We just tell you what we know about the houses and land around here. Our team is small, just a couple of people who have lived in this area for a long time. We know which streets are quiet and which ones get a lot of noise during the day. That kind of local knowledge is just something you pick up over the years. Some days we’re out walking the neighborhoods looking at lots, and other days we’re stuck at the desk doing paperwork. It’s a mix of everything. We don't pretend to be more than we are. We're just a local business trying to help people figure out their property needs in Ambica Nagar. It’s not always perfect, but we do our best to stay organized and keep things moving for everyone involved.
