Gandhi Procon

We've been at 20 Mahalaxmi Society for a while now. It’s a quiet spot most days, though mornings get busy when the neighbors are heading out. Our office isn't anything fancy, just a workspace where we get our projects sorted. Most of us here have known each other for years, so it feels more like a small group of friends working together than a big company. We mostly deal with construction and planning, spending a lot of time on site or huddled over drawings. The society is a nice place to be based, very central. Sometimes the traffic outside gets a bit loud, but inside we just focus on the job at hand. We don’t really do big advertising or anything like that. People usually find us through word of mouth or just because they’ve seen our name around the neighborhood. It’s a straightforward way to run a business. We show up, do the work, and go home to our families. Some days are longer than others, especially when a deadline is coming up or there’s a hiccup with a supplier. But we’ve learned to manage those things over time. It’s just how it goes in this industry. If you walk by Mahalaxmi Society, you’ll probably see our sign for Gandhi Procon. We’ve thought about moving to a bigger place a few times, but this office just feels right for us. It’s where everything started and where we feel most at home.
