Working at 83/5, F-Road, Phase I is pretty straightforward. S. S. Alloy Products Pvt. Ltd. is located in an industrial zone where everyone is doing something similar. You hear the hum of factories all day long. Our place is focused on alloy products, which means dealing with a lot of heavy material and hot furnaces. It’s not the kind of job where you wear a suit. We’re usually in boots and heavy shirts, making sure the mixes are right for whatever we’re casting or forming that day. Phase I is a bit older, so some of the roads aren’t the best, but it’s a solid place for a business like ours. We have a routine that we stick to. The morning shift comes in early to get the equipment warmed up. We’ve had some of these machines for a long time, and they need a bit of looking after to keep running smooth. We don't do much in the way of fancy talk. If someone needs an alloy part, we tell them if we can do it and how long it’ll take. We try to be honest about the timelines because nobody likes being told a lie just to get a sale. At S. S. Alloy Products Pvt. Ltd., we just want to do the work and go home to our families at the end of the shift. It’s a basic living, but it’s ours and we take it seriously enough. There is usually plenty to keep us busy all day long.
