You can find us right opposite Decathlon at the Shantipura Cross Road. It’s a very recognizable spot, so we usually just tell people to look for the big store and they find us easily. We run Ratnabhumi Builspace Llp from here. It’s a busy corner of the world, and there is always some noise from the traffic at the intersection. Our office is pretty functional. We have what we need to get the work done, and not much else. We deal with building projects, which means we spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at site plans. It’s not always easy, especially when there are delays with materials or the weather doesn't cooperate, but we just keep at it. We don't really have a marketing team or anyone to make us look "corporate." We’re just local folks who know how to put a building together. Sometimes it’s stressful, especially when deadlines are tight, but that’s the nature of construction. We like being in this part of town because it feels like things are growing. Every day there is something new being built or someone moving in nearby. We try to keep our feet on the ground and just handle the daily tasks as they come. It’s a simple way of doing business, but it works for us. If you’re ever near the cross road, you’ll probably see our sign.
