We set up Ratnabhumi Buildspace Llp right at the Shantipura Cross Road. It’s a busy intersection, so there is always a lot of movement around the office. We spend most of our time dealing with the ins and outs of local construction and development projects. It’s a lot of coordination between different teams and making sure the supplies show up when they are supposed to. Some days are smoother than others. We don't really go in for the polished corporate image because that’s not really who we are. We are just a group of people working in the building industry, trying to keep our projects moving forward. Being at the cross road makes it easy for our contractors and clients to swing by without having to search through side streets. The office usually has a layer of dust on the windows from the road work outside, but that’s just part of being in this business. We handle the numbers, the plans, and the daily headaches that come with building things. It’s hard work, but it feels good to see a project finally reach its end. We don't make big promises we can't keep. We just look at the site, look at the budget, and see what can actually be done. It’s a practical approach to building, and it’s served us well so far.
