Hekan Buildcon

Our office for Hekan Buildcon is located over in Sterling City, specifically on the Shiv Ashish School Road. We are actually tucked away behind the Swaminarayan Temple, so it is usually pretty easy to find if you know the landmarks. Being near a school means the mornings are always a bit chaotic with parents dropping off kids and rickshaws everywhere, but it settles down after nine. We have a small team here, and we mostly just sit around the main table talking about ongoing sites and looking at maps. The building we are in is okay, nothing special, just a practical place to work. We have a couple of fans that stay on all day because it gets quite stuffy in the afternoon. Most of our work involves a lot of back-and-forth communication, so the office is never really quiet. We don't have a receptionist or anything like that; whoever is closest to the door just gets up to see who it is. We drink a lot of water and try to stay on top of the paperwork that seems to pile up every week. It’s just how we operate, nothing too polished or corporate about it. We are just local people working on buildings. Sometimes the bells from the temple are quite loud, which is actually a nice change from the sound of the traffic on the main road. We just keep at it and get the work done.
