You can find us at Office No-404 in the Sacheth-2 building. We’re tucked away in Maradia Plaza Lane, which is right off C.G. Road. It's a busy part of the city, especially near Reliance House. S. P. Infracon Development Pvt. Ltd. is the name on our door. We’ve been operating from this fourth-floor office for a while now. It’s a good spot because we are close to everything. We spend a lot of time on development projects and infrastructure work. Our office is usually full of people coming and going. There’s always a phone ringing or someone looking over a set of plans. We don’t have much in the way of fancy decorations. It’s mostly just desks, computers, and a lot of paper. C.G. Road is always buzzing, and we like being in the middle of that energy. It makes getting to different sites around the city a bit easier, though traffic can be a pain. We focus on getting the work done without much fuss. We aren't really the type to use big words or make grand promises. We just tell it like it is. Most of our clients are local people who know us from other projects. It’s a steady business and we take it one day at a time. We keep the coffee pot going and the files organized as best as we can. It gets a bit hectic, but that's just the nature of development work in this city.
