You can find us at 13 Ahmedabad Audhyogik Vasahat on Dudeshwar Road. We are right in the Dhobighat area. S K Panchal & Co has been around this neighborhood for a long time. The building is one of those classic industrial structures you see in the older parts of the city. We do a lot of traditional metal work and mechanical services. The street outside is always packed with rickshaws and delivery bikes, so getting things in and out can be a bit of a challenge sometimes. Inside, it’s a different story. We have our routines and our tools right where we need them. We aren't into high-tech automation or anything like that; we rely more on the experience of the guys who have been swinging hammers and turning wrenches for decades. There’s a lot of history in this shop. You can see it in the worn-down workbenches. We take on the jobs that require a bit of manual skill and patience. The dust from the road comes in through the open doors, and we usually have a radio playing somewhere in the background. It’s a simple operation. We help out the local businesses with their machinery needs. We don't have a website that’s fancy or anything. We just show up, do the work, and close the shutters at the end of the day.
