United Engineers & Developers

It’s just us here at United Engineers & Developers, working out of our spot right beside Balaji Wind Park. Most people know the area because of Vaishno Devi Circle, which is pretty close by. We’ve been at this for a while now. It’s not a big fancy operation, just a handful of us dealing with engineering and development tasks every day. The office gets a bit busy when projects are in full swing, but that’s just how it goes. Sometimes it feels like we spend more time on the phone or looking at site plans than anything else. We see the Balaji Wind Park buildings every morning when we pull in. It’s a decent landmark for when clients or delivery drivers get lost, which happens sometimes since the roads around here can be a bit confusing if you aren't used to them. We try to keep things organized, but there’s always a pile of paperwork somewhere. Being near the circle makes it easy to get to different parts of the city, though traffic can be a pain during peak hours. We usually just put our heads down and get the work done. There isn't much to say other than we are a local team trying to stay on top of our schedules. We deal with the usual ups and downs of the industry, trying to make sure the drawings and the actual building work line up. It's a lot of back and forth, but we’re used to it.
