We have set up our office over in Shantigram, not far from the Vaishnodevi Circle. It is a part of town that has really started to pick up lately. Being near the circle is handy because it connects us to the main roads pretty easily. Shantigram itself is a bit of a different vibe than the city center, a bit more planned out. We work on various development projects from here. Our office is not anything to write home about, just a place with a few desks and a lot of maps on the walls. We spend a lot of time talking to engineers and contractors. It is a lot of back and forth, making sure things are moving along. The circle gets really busy, especially with people heading out toward the highway, but our spot is a bit more tucked away. We do not really do the whole corporate branding thing. We are just a small team of developers trying to build things that make sense for the area. Most people who come to see us are looking for something specific in this northern part of the city. We keep our paperwork simple and our conversations direct. No fancy jargon, just talk about bricks and mortar. It is a steady kind of life, watching the city grow closer to the Vaishnodevi area every single year. We usually have a pot of tea going and a lot of blueprints spread across the main table most afternoons while we work.
