Satvik Developers

Working out of Shantigram near Vaishnodevi Circle keeps us pretty busy. Satvik Developers has been based here for some time now. If you know this area, you know how much the circle has changed lately. There’s always construction noise or the sound of trucks heading out. Our office isn’t anything too special to look at. It’s a practical space where we keep our tools and our records. We start the day early, usually before the heat really sets in. Someone brings in some snacks, and we go over what needs to happen on the sites. Being near Vaishnodevi Circle means we get a lot of people stopping by just to ask for directions, and we don’t mind helping out. The Shantigram area is growing fast, and being right in the middle of it feels right for what we do. It’s not a polished environment. There are stacks of bricks nearby and maybe a few stray dogs hanging around the gate. We don’t use fancy words to describe ourselves. We are just Satvik Developers, and this is where we work. We focus on the daily grind, making sure the people on site have what they need. It’s a lot of back-and-forth communication and checking on things. The office gets a bit messy with blueprints and coffee mugs, but that’s how you know people are actually working. We like the pace of this neighborhood, even when the traffic at the circle gets a bit crazy during rush hour.
