If you head toward Vaishnodevi Circle and get into Shantigram, that’s where you’ll find our place, Om Developers. It’s a bit of a different vibe out here compared to the city center. It’s more open, but the wind can really pick up on the construction sites. We spend most of our time out here making sure everything is moving along as it should. We aren't the type of people who like sitting in a polished office all day. We’d rather be on-site seeing the progress for ourselves. Being near the circle makes it easy for us to get to different parts of the city when we need supplies. Our team is small and we’ve worked together for a long time. We know how each other works, which helps when things get stressful. There is always a lot of paperwork with these developments, but we try to keep that side of things as simple as possible. We don't promise anything we can't do. We just show up and do the work. The area around Shantigram is changing fast, and being in the middle of it is interesting. You see new roads and buildings appearing where there used to be nothing. We are just one part of that change, doing our bit day by day. It’s a practical life, focused on building things that last. We like the quiet out here when the day is done and things settle down.
